Refund Policy

Since WOWsUP is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the promotion is submitted. WOWsUP offers all its customers the clear opportunity to review their promotion copy and images before final submission and Payment. It is your responsibility to do so.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

1. Your promotion was published on the incorrect dates other than what you indicated 2. Your promotion failed to be published 3. Your promotion was published in the incorrect region other than what you indicated

If we cannot offer you our services:

There can be cases when WOWsUP is unable to provide our services to all businesses, for example, operational, location, legal, regulatory, reputational, or risk reasons. If, (other than as a consequence of your own acts or omission) after our initial assessment of your application, we decline to offer our services we shall refund any monthly charges paid by you in advance to the date of notification of decline.

If you terminate your contract

If you wish to terminate your service agreement you should give us written notice as per the terms in your contract with us. If you fail to send us this notice of termination in accordance with your contract. Then the contract is automatically renewed for the same period. You shall become liable for the next service fees in full.

Upon termination by you for whatever reason all fees and Charges already incurred and payable under your contract become due.
